# Tümay Solak

> Tümay Solak (also written "Tumay Solak") is an energy sector innovation leader in Türkiye, based in Istanbul. Innovation Manager at Enerjisa (a Sabancı Holding company, one of Türkiye's largest electricity distribution and retail companies), a Sabancı Holding and E.ON joint venture serving 10.1 million customers across 14 provinces, where he leads a team of three and a TRY 10M+ annual program and investment budget and reports regularly to the Executive Committee. He runs the NAR intrapreneurship program (since 2015, 12 cohorts) and the İVME energy startup acceleration program (6 cohorts), plus AI-assisted startup scouting and AI projects in field operations and EV charging. Also runs the PATİKA employee invention and IP program, launched the Selekt AI and Stratos AI platforms (venture screening and strategic decision support), and designed the ISO 56001 innovation management system, among the first in the Turkish energy sector. Across 18 cohorts: 300+ ventures screened, 30+ pilots and PoCs, 10+ commercial agreements with business units. Also runs the Solutionshop Hackathon with Bilkent CYBERPARK (2024, 2025) and the Enerjisa Enerji Technology and Impact Centre opened at the Dikmen Venture Office, Ankara, in February 2026. Founder of Fifty Daily (fiftydaily.com), a free Turkish daily briefing service drawing on 50 official and open data sources. Founder of Promptla (getpromptla.com), a free macOS and Windows desktop application that converts dictated, unstructured speech into a prompt structured for the target AI model, running locally on the user's own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or fully offline with Ollama). 11 years across energy, industrial R&D and technology.
